Nelzaro Apps (“Nelzaro Apps”, “we”) builds software for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our products, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

1. Data we collect on this website

When you contact us or book a demo we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name and message. If analytics is enabled we collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type. Our chat assistant processes the questions you type so it can answer them; please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat.

2. Data in our products

When a business uses our products, that business decides what data to enter about its customers, students, patients or members. The business is the data fiduciary and we process the data on its instructions as a data processor, under a written agreement. We don't sell or share product data with third parties except service providers needed to run the product (for example cloud hosting in India and WhatsApp or SMS delivery).

3. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, set up and support your account, send service messages, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We use marketing messages only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored with a leading cloud provider in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and audit logging. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@nelzaroapps.com. Businesses using our products can export their data at any time.
